Refund policy
Because our products are either paper‑based (notebooks, planners, inserts) or digital files (spreadsheets, downloads), all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Paper products cannot be resold once opened, and digital items are delivered instantly, which means they cannot be “returned” once accessed. For these reasons, we’re unable to offer refunds or swaps.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’re happy to replace items that arrive in unusable condition due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error.
Before checking out, please double‑check your cart, shipping address, and product selections. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified.
