Digital products (spreadsheets, templates, downloads)

Each product type has unique usage and delivery conditions outlined below.

3. Digital Products

All digital items are delivered instantly via email or download link after purchase. By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge:

Digital files cannot be returned or “un‑downloaded.”
All digital sales are final.
You may not share, resell, or redistribute any digital file.
Files are for personal use only, unless otherwise stated.

If you experience a download issue, please contact us and we will assist you.

4. Physical Paper Goods

Our paper products are produced in small batches and inspected before shipping. Due to the nature of paper goods:

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
Once opened, paper products cannot be resold or restocked.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 5 days with photos and your order number. We will replace items that arrive due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error.

5. Order Accuracy

Please review your cart, shipping address, and product selections before checkout. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.

6. Shipping

Shipping times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume. We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

If a package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it, please contact your local carrier.

7. Payment & Billing

By completing a purchase, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or misuse.
