Shipping policy

Thank you for your order. Below is our shipping policy for both physical and digital products.


1. Processing Times

All physical orders (notebooks, planners, inserts) are processed within 3–5 business days unless otherwise stated. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

Digital products (spreadsheets, templates, downloads) are delivered instantly via email or download link after checkout.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and carrier rates.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

  • International: Varies by destination

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.


3. Delayed Packages

Once your order has been handed to the carrier, delivery speed is outside of our control. Delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • High seasonal volume

  • Carrier staffing shortages

  • Routing or transit issues

If your package is delayed, we recommend:

  1. Checking your tracking link for updates

  2. Contacting the carrier directly for the most accurate information

  3. Allowing an additional 3–5 business days beyond the estimated delivery window

We are unable to issue refunds for delayed packages, as delivery timelines are not guaranteed by carriers.


4. Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked “delivered” but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or household members

  • Look around your property (porch, mailbox, garage, etc.)

  • Contact your local carrier office with your tracking number

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

If your package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), please reach out and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.


5. Incorrect Addresses

Please double‑check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout

  • Delays caused by address errors

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

We will replace items that arrive damaged due to a manufacturing or fulfillment error.


7. Digital Products

Digital items are delivered instantly and no shipping is required. If you do not receive your download email, check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
